My client is a global, top tier firm within executive search and are looking for a Researcher to join their HR practice. This role will suit a professional, commercially minded and enthusiastic individual who will be expected to provide research support to a portfolio of live mandates and business development projects. This is a very well-established practice who have a great reputation in their space.
The successful hire will be part of a friendly and professional team who are mentored by the reputable Head of Practice. It’s a very collaborative environment, with a lot of different nationalities working there and they pride themselves on their ability to develop peoples’ career in lots of different parts of the business, i.e. ability to move between functions, practices and locations.
There has been a recent change within management strategy and there is a real focus to develop junior candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong academics, a high level of intellect and tenacity as well as strong communication and research skills. They will have a minimum of 12 months experience within executive search or contingent recruitment and ambitions of working for a top tier firm.
