A boutique executive search business is looking for a Principal. They are search specialists who work across High Tech, Industrial, Life Sciences, Energy and Private Equity sectors with clients ranging from large global corporates through to VC/PE backed organisations.
They are looking for a Principal who has strong executive search experience and can run a search end to end to sit within either the Technology or Industrials practice. The hire will lead the majority of a project, support the partner in the assessment and qualification of candidates and will manage the candidate through the interview process.
