Exec Search – Researcher – CFO

My client are an international Executive Search firm who focus on finding Chairs, Chief Executives, Finance and other Executive and Non-Executive Directors for a range of organisations at different stages of their corporate development, from start up to FTSE 100. They are looking for two researchers to join their CFO Practice.
This preeminent practice operates differently to the rest of the tier one group, they have a flat, meritocratic structure where they promote people and give bonuses as they see fit.

My client will consider candidates outside of sector who are articulate, have the gravitas and the patience to take their time to develop slowly and truly understand what it takes to work board and NED roles. The successful hire will be interesting and inquisitive and have personality. They will have between 2 and 5 years experience within a retained executive search environment.
