Exec Search – Researcher – Supply Chain

Specialists within Supply Chain and Operations across continental Europe but with clients in US, Latin America and Asia my client are a reputable retained search firm. They are a results focused business who are exceeding targets and client expectations. Hence, they are enjoying some consistent success and have recently moved to new offices, so they have more room for continued growth.
They are looking for a Researcher/Delivery Consultant to come in and deliver business that is won by the client partners. They split the business across 4 main industries including Consumer, Automotive, Chemical and Life Sciences. A researcher could sit in a particular team or work with a broader remit across industry.
This business invest heavily in training, the initial week will consist of training with directors and senior managers followed by a further two week of call training. Training doesn’t stop here though, my client will send the successful hire on an International Training Scheme offsite with external training consultants. This business has had some great success training up polished graduates into very successful search professionals. This young business of c.30 heads understands the importance of work life balance and promotes the use of the gym and they have an active policy on flexible working and working from home.
The ideal candidate will have at least 9 months experience within search or recruitment and will want to develop their career with a growing business. Supply Chain or Operations exposure is not a necessity although it will definitely be beneficial. As well as all of the development and training my client can offer a strong remuneration package.
