The Leadership Advisory Services practice at a tier 1, Global Executive Search firm is looking for an Associate to join the team.
Ideally this hire will have a background in HR, business psychology, learning & development or selection and assessment and possess an interest in Leadership Assessment and Development. They must also be well-informed in the process and theory of assessment and assessment techniques.
The ability to communicate fluently and to a high standard is crucial. This opportunity would suit a candidate with strong academic qualifications, degree educated with a minimum 2:1 achieved from a leading university.
This person will be responsible for compiling detail orientated documents. They will have exceptional written skills, experience of writing assessment and development reports.
