My client are what we call at Carlin Hall a ‘mezzanine firm’, a mid sized boutique: they have the ability to deliver a standard of service that competes with a tier one search firm at the pace and maneuverability of a boutique. They have offices in both Europe and North America and have ambitious expansion plans. They are on EMEA wide PSLs for a number of the big 4 at Partner and Director level.
In keeping with their growth trajectory they are looking for an Associate to join their successful London office and support 3 partners who work across a variety of Industries and functions. Typically mandates are within the £150-400k OTE bracket but more often than not £400k+. This successful hire will be assist with the identification of candidates via desk and primary research, they will approach candidates, telephone screen candidates as well as help with pitch and BD documentation. There is a lot of room to grow so this hire must be highly ambitious and career-motivated with a dedication to growth and improvement. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 12 months retained search experience or a strong track record within a credible contingent firm, they will have strong academics and intellect. The successful hire will also be ambitious and motivated to excel within a career in search.
