My client, a mid-tier Executive Search business, wants to meet Life Sciences recruiters with 2 years’+ experience to join to their high performing practice. This business is well established and is a market leader in Regulatory/Biometrics/Life Sciences/Medtech recruitment across Europe.
This is a fantastic opportunity where a contingent recruiter can develop into an executive search consultant delivering only on retained mandates. You will work on C-level and functional director roles, predominantly in Central Europe, with the support of a research team. The business is very successful in nurturing talent and being able to provide a career path that will lead to a Principal Consultant role.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience within the Life Sciences space. They will preferably have experience working on retained mandates and although a second/third language isn’t essential it will be looked upon very favourably. My client has state of the art offices and can offer a great base salary, fantastic commission scheme and additional benefits. They have offices in global location to which they regularly relocate consultants.
