- £55000 - £70000 per annum + excellent benefits and bonus
Working within a candidate centric, retained assignment environment, this role is fundamentally key to the delivery of all assignments. On a day to day basis you will attend client briefings, map target companies, continually develop an understanding the competitive landscape in which clients operate, identify the appropriate candidates, conduct approach calls and network with industry sources.
You will be a motivated and confident self-starter who is can lead Associates as well as managing C-level individuals through complex hiring processes including handling offers.
You will have excellent academics, very good communication and organisational skills and have the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.
You could already be a researcher with up to 4 years’ experience and my client is keen to meet bright, articulate Associates who can demonstrate a commitment to self-improvement and client credibility.
