- Supporting Consultants and a Partner, you will lead the research and delivery on retained Financial Services Technology mandates
- You’ll work on complex roles, identifying and attracting the best talent for clients in international locations
- You will understand and be proud of the important role research and headhunting plays in the successful completion of mandates
- Average fees £40,000, commission from 20%.
- Senior Technology or FS recruiters with gravitas that can operate in the complex world of search and Associates frustrated in a slow-moving executive search firm will work well in this environment
