- £30000 - £42000 per annum + high OTE
Working within a candidate centric, executive search environment, this role is fundamentally key to building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates alike as well as executing opportunities in a professional and timely fashion. On a day to day basis you will approach candidates, continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate and network with industry sources.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with leading Infrastructure, Aerospace and Defence organisations working on exciting projects, playing an integral part in the delivery of C-level positions.
You will be a motivated and confident self-starter who is keen develop into a Consultant that delivers on exclusive mandates. You will have a deep understanding of the sector and be able to demonstrate the ability to identify and engage with candidates at the highest level.
You will have excellent academics, leadership and organisational skills and have the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.
