A global executive search business with a focus on executive level recruitment is looking for a Senior Associate to join their industry leading Technology practice in London.
My client works on a retained, project basis on executive appointments and place a strong emphasis on strategic, operational, digital and technological briefs with a focus on senior management positions in operations and technology functions, placing CIO, SVP, VP and Director level leaders across the technology spectrum (Ops, Applications, Infrastructure, Architecture, Data, Digital).
This is a very ambitious company and as such, they are looking for equally ambitious self-starter with an international outlook, from either a retained or senior contingent recruitment firm. Ideally you will be a contingent recruiter looking for career progression within an inspiring executive search organisation where you can continue to grow and develop alongside industry leading experts.
You will take ownership of the candidate process, become a trusted advisor within your network and take the lead on all aspects of the research & delivery process. You will be working closely with the practice partner whilst support the associates in market mapping; working collegiately in a warm, team orientated environment. You will have impeccable communication skills and a strong academic background.
Clients are FTSE 100 organisations, so this hire must be comfortable liaising with C-Level/Director Level Technology professionals. Strong, succinct written and verbal communication skills are needed, as this hire will be producing succession planning documents for large scale projects.
