Fee Earning Consultant – Executive Search

My Client are an Internationally established Top tier Search firm and they are looking for a Fee Earner to join their team in Cardiff.

They have been delivering searches in Wales for several decades. Since then, the Wales team has completed hundreds of projects for hundreds of clients, maintaining an extremely high repeat business rate.

They are looking for a fee earner to work closely with a Partner who leads the Welsh practice, and our small, collaborative team. This person will be responsible for helping to grow the practice further and for delivering high level search assignments.

My Client are seeking an experienced recruiter who is comfortable working with colleagues in many other practices and has experience of business development, successfully winning and delivering search assignments.

The successful Candidate will also use the firm’s global network of clients and contacts to leverage new business wherever possible. They would ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience, in either search or contingent. This hire must have delivered senior level mandates and be able to liaise at C-level

They adopt a ‘best team’ approach to each search, with Partners, Consultants, Researchers and Executive Assistants working closely with other functional and geographical specialists around the world to deliver the best result for clients.
