My client functions globally across executive search, management solutions and contingent recruitment within financial services, TMT and consumer. They are now looking to appoint a Global Business Development Director.
Reporting directly into the global CEO, this individual will operate across a global remit, identifying and win new clients, with a particular focus on Europe and the USA; implementing and driving a sales strategy. A large part of this role will involve liaising directly with c-suite and board level clients and candidates, this hire must have prior experience of this.
This is a key strategic hire for my client as they look to expand across all areas of the business and will suit an ambitious sales director with a proven sales track record across either retained, contingency and management recruitment solutions.
