- £45000 - £65000 per annum + rewarding bonus
Working within a candidate centric, retained assignment environment, this role is fundamentally key to the delivery of all assignments across the business – with directly or by a member of the research team. On a day to day basis you will attend client briefings, map target companies, continually develop an understanding the competitive landscape in which clients operate, identify the appropriate candidates, conduct approach calls and network with industry sources.
You will be responsible for improving the efficiency and quality of work delivered by researchers. Continually training and teaching best practice, the research team will provide full support on mandates and market insights through collaboration and dedication.
You will be a motivated and confident self-starter who has a demonstrable history of being an outstanding career researcher. You will have experience leading other researchers in some capacity.
You will have excellent academics, very good communication and organisational skills and have the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.
