- £50000 - £75000 per annum + high bonus
My client, a global executive search firm based in Central London, requires an experienced consultant to join their growing HR practice.
You will be able to demonstrate a successful history as a senior recruiter or executive search consultant winning and delivering retained mandates with a focus on HR. Typical roles include Group Heads of, Global Directors, Chief People Officers etc.
Working within a candidate centric, retained environment, this role is fundamentally key to the delivery of all assignments. On a day to day basis you will lead an associate in their research, continually develop an understanding the competitive landscape in which clients operate, present candidates, manage them through the interview process and handle all offers.
You will have experience attending if not leading pitches, executing retained mandates and be able to demonstrate good market knowledge in your sector.
You will have excellent academics, very good communication and organisational skills and have the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.
