- £35000 - £50000 per annum + high OTE
You should have at least two years’ HR Recruitment experience with some focus on Interims as well as a passion for HR recruitment. It is essential you can communicate effectively at a senior level, always deliver a quality service and are driven to make money.
The desk will be to recruit HR Interims into Industry clients. This is a hot desk with a good flow of roles where an articulate, intelligent candidate will be able to earn significantly if they focus on continuously developing relationships.
This client has teams made up of true Consultants. They expect their Recruiters to offer a truly consultative approach and in return, they can offer an autonomous and mature environment in which they can do this in. The team are currently inundated with vacancies and so can offer a warm desk to the right candidate who will be able to bill from day one.
