My client, an independent specialist recruitment business, is looking for a Manager of Interims to lead and develop their Finance team. This is a well-established boutique business and has a well-developed client and candidate base.
As a billing manager, you will be expected to both maintain existing clients as well as build new relationships in additional market sectors whilst developing consultants, ensuring they maximise their skills and capabilities. You will have at least two years’ previous Team Leader/Management experience within Finance Interims recruitment, be able to demonstrate the passion required to work with a sense of urgency and have a proven record of driving your desk and your team forward.
