My client, a well-known and well established boutique HR recruitment business based in Central London, is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their small but busy HR Interims Team.
You should have at least 2 years’ experience as an Interim HR recruiter and you will be able to work at pace with a high degree of professionalism and credibility.
There is a real opportunity to become the Manager of this team for a suitably driven and experienced recruiter.
This client has teams made up of true consultants. They expect their Recruiters to offer a truly consultative approach and in return they can offer an autonomous and mature environment in which they can do this. The team are currently inundated with vacancies and so can offer a warm desk to the right candidate who will be able to bill from day one.
This is a great role for someone who is looking to move into an HR specialist business, who wants to get away from working in an overly target driven, salesy environment whilst still billing well and earning significant commission.
