My client, an International Recruitment specialist brand based in Central London, is looking for a Recruiter with Leadership experience to join their busy Internal Audit Team.
Ideally, you will have between five and ten years’ Audit or Finance recruitment experience with a track record of successfully developing individuals into high performing billers. The most important thing is that you want to work on senior tier roles, are able to communicate effectively at a senior level, are committed about providing a quality service and are driven to make money.
The role will be to recruit audit professionals into global organisations in the UK as well as European locations. This are existing clients and roles to work on however, the main focus of this role is the continuous development of individuals and growth of the team.
Core to their approach is fostering long-term relationships with clients and candidates, which has resulted in exceptional contacts and a superb candidate database. This is an excellent long term career role that can also offer the opportunity of working in any of their overseas offices.
