My client is DevOps Consultancy who help some of the world’s leading brands to adopt DevOps and Cloud Computing. My client helps companies accelerate through the difficult transformation that will make them competition ready – with less pain and risk.
They’re looking to expand the existing Recruitment team of 3 to cope with the businesses growing hiring demands. Currently a company of 140, they want this to be double by the end of next year globally across their network of English, Australian and American hubs. The Recruiting team must make 10 engineering hires a month to hit growth target.
The end-user clients are businesses that operate across a variety of industries such as Investment Banking, Insurance, Government, Telco’s, Healthcare, Retail and Media.
Ideally this hire will be a Recruiter with DevOps experience who is able to understand what these engineers do.
This is a high performing environment. Very collaborative. It is incredibly fast paced and high volume. This person is expected to network externally and socialise within the DevOps network, as and when required.
