We are searching for an internal recruitment manager to cover maternity leave from April 2019.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone to recruit for a world class company.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years recruitment experience, ideally finding sales candidates who want a life changing experience. You will need to be proactive in keeping a pipeline of candidates in our talent pool and working closely with the hiring managers and CCO to build profiles and source candidates.
You will need experience in head hunting from senior to junior roles and have an eye to spot talent.
We speak 12 different languages on our sales floor so if you have experience in placing candidates who don’t have English as a first language that would be a bonus.
You will also write job ads and work with the job boards to ensure all ads are up to date and refreshed weekly.
You will help other department’s advertise different roles.
You will be sending out and confirming job offers, arranging start dates and training for all new starters.
You will need to have experience with HR and show a high level of leadership and ownership.
This is a busy role and will sometimes require speaking to a lot of candidates so is guaranteed to be a great experience for anyone who wants to take a step into internal recruitment.
