I am working with a very credible search firm who focus exclusively on the Private Equity arena. They can offer an opportunity to work with some of the best and brightest management teams/investors in the private capital industry.
They are looking for a Director or senior professional services practitioner working in human capital consultancy or assessment, who is looking to transition to a role with considerable breadth, autonomy and responsibility, preferably with experience within Private Equity.
As a Director, this hire will be working alongside the credible Partner to drive the strategy and business development of the practice. This hire will develop long term relationships with current and prospective clients and will lead on the day to day management of the practice which would include delivery of assessment projects, team effectiveness workshops, organisation design work and coaching assignments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a professional services environment (such as assessment or human capital consulting), and preferable experience working with private equity, they will have a familiarity with psychological theory and practice on leadership and performance as well as a proven execution track record in a professional services environment and of interviewing and assessing senior executives.
