- £70000 - £100000 per annum + generous bonus
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established firm led by industry leaders. This firm has an excellent reputation for delivering retained assignments not only within the UK but across EMEA, the Americas and the Far East through their America and Middle East offices.
Working within a candidate centric, retained assignment environment, this role is fundamentally key to the success of the business. On a day to day basis you will continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate, pitch for and win retained mandates and grow your network in a focused and methodical fashion.
You will have a track record of developing, leading and managing top tier clients within executive search, achieving growth for you and your team through business development and origination. Your self-motivation, drive and commitment to earn fees will be matched by your strong leadership skills, ability to develop staff and desire to be a dynamic team player in the wider business model.
You will have experience working in a retained search environment, winning roles at C-suite level with a European remit and ideally leading a team of Principals and Associates within a practice area.
