- £40000 - £65000 per annum + high OTE
My client is a market leading independent recruitment business looking for a Team Leader/Manager to lead their Change Management team.
Working with leading FTSE firms and non-listed C&I businesses, you will be expected to both maintain existing clients as well as building new relationships whilst developing consultants, ensuring they maximise their skills and capabilities. You will have at least 18 months’ experience recruiting mid/senior tier Change Management professionals, be able to demonstrate the passion required to work with a sense of urgency and have a proven record of driving your desk forward. Ideally you will have some experience of mentoring or directly managing consultants recruiting in this area.
