My client is a privately-owned recruitment business looking for an experienced HR recruitment professional lead to strengthen their management team in a Managing Consultant. This business has been established for many years and is a global market leader.
As a Managing Consultant, you will be responsible for a small team. The focus is interim and FTC mid-senior level HR recruitment across commerce and industry.
You will be expected to both maintain existing clients as well as building new relationships and developing consultants, ensuring they maximise their skills and capabilities. You will have at least two years’ previous Management experience within FS or Commerce & Industry HR recruitment, be able to demonstrate the passion required to work with a sense of urgency and have a proven record of driving your desk and your team forward.
