My client is a multi-award winning, specialist Recruitment Consultancy focusing on Technical and Business Change and Transformation Recruitment. They are seeking a Manager for their Financial Services Permanent team.
This role would involve managing a team of 4 recruitment consultants who are sector specialists and are constantly building market-specific communities through traditional networking, organisational mapping, headhunting, referrals, and their involvement in change forums. You will manage the day to day activities of the team of recruitment consultants. You and your team will be responsible for recruiting BA’s, PM’s, PMO’s and other FS technical roles, into the insurance space. You will be working with a range of clients across Europe including tier one consultancy firms.
This would suit a strong and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who is looking for a step up and a small team to manage. Ideally you will have a strong billing track record and be able to lead from the front. Alternatively you could be an experienced Managing Consultant or billing Manger who is looking for an opportunity to grow an already well performing team.
