I am Partnered with a Chairmen of a portfolio of businesses who is looking for a Managing Director to head up a hybrid contingent/search firm. This business has 4 offices globally with c.30 heads.
The current owner manager of the firm is looking to step back from the day to day management of the business and move to more of a client facing role. This hire needs to have managed large teams of c.30 plus before and have the gravitas to manage strong, successful recruiters/executive search consultants. This role will have 30 heads to manage which include very strong billers in Risk/Compliance and Legal across Financial Services.
