My client is looking to hire Managing Consultant into the London based Interim Management Healthcare/NHS function. This is a great opportunity as the healthcare sector is largest and most successful business unit. There is a clear opportunity to work alongside some of the most experienced Recruitment and Search professionals operating in this space.
Ideally this hire will be degree educated, with over 2 years’ experience in the Recruitment industry. Experience of recruiting Change Management or Executive level Interims would be favourable although not essential. My client wants to hire a candidate who is intelligent, positive and radiates an engaging attitude towards work. This hire will be on the upward trajectory in their career. Previous management experience is important, as the hire will be responsible for a small team of direct reports.
