MedTech Consultant – Executive Search

My client, a highly reputable multi-disciplined International Executive Search firm, is in an exciting phase of client and international development as a global search provider for some of the world’s largest and most innovative companies. They are offering an opportunity for a Consultant to join their MedTech team.

As an Executive Search Recruitment Consultant you will continuously support the growth of the international Life Sciences Practise and of the business. The role requires effective development of new and existing accounts, high level engagement with Senior Executives, outstanding client management of key accounts and presentation of candidates to agreed timescales and briefs. Both candidates and clients will recognise your expertise as you manage every step of the executive search process.

As the ideal candidate you will not necessarily have to come from a Life Sciences background but have enough experience to efficiently run the entire recruitment process, be equipped with knowledge of Life Sciences as a market with a major focus on the MedTech sector, whilst also demonstrating the ability to perform at the highest level across Executive Recruitment globally. You will be highly team-orientated and collaborative whilst being competent to work effectively independently. You will possess excellent communication skills with the ability of strong interpersonal and influencing skills. You will be pro-active and self-motivated, resilient and determined to reach and exceed targets.
