My client have recently opened a new Executive Assessment and Development practice which is growing every day, the weight and support of the whole business is behind the practice and use this practice. As a Principal Consultant, the successful hire will work alongside the Practice Lead and be able to generate business and help the growth and development of the business. The successful hire will have a strong billing history and track record within Executive Search, they will be a good executor, a trusted advisor and an account manager. This person will have ambitions of developing a practice. This role enjoys a lot of exposure; my client has transparent processes and works in collaboration with the other offices/practices to complete projects.

Personality is a massive consideration of my client they are a lot less stuffy than other leading firms and like slightly quirky profiles. They like people that question everything, they love lots of debate and they love people that challenge practices for best outcome. Psychology academics or assessment qualification would definitely be viewed upon favourably, but my client will consider those who have a strong billing history and experience working on leadership assessment/development projects.
