My client is a leading international specialist recruitment firm with more than 30 years’ experience in uniting senior talent with high-end employers across a wide variety of sectors such as Accountancy, Legal and Business Change, Banking, Communications and Human Resources. They are looking for a Principal/Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their established Central Government practice.
As a Principal/Senior Recruitment Consultant you will grow and develop a contract desk within the CG practise, specifically focussing on developing new business accounts outside the CL1 framework that covers the large ministerial departments – essentially an equivalent SME market. You will continue to manage existing and new relationships, networking with both candidates and clients.
The ideal candidate for the Principal/Senior Recruitment Consultant position will have demonstrable experience of new business development, ideally within either IR and project/programme management or corporate skills disciplines such as Finance, Marketing Communications, Procurement and Human Resources. You will have extensive experience in a previous recruitment role.
