My client, a privately-owned leading global Executive Search and Leadership firm with over sixty years’ experience is looking for a Project Manager to join its Leadership Consulting Practice. The firm has a unique blend of professional search experience and specialised industry and functional expertise, with 55 offices in 30 countries across the world.
Responsibilities as Project Manager include managing large-scale projects for clients that want large executive assessment at C-suite/Board level, and two reports from CEO level downwards. Projects will take between 6-9 months in life-cycle. As Project Manager, you will work across all sectors, and run projects globally in EMEA, India and the US with four existing Project Managers whom are based in Germany, Amsterdam and the US. Further responsibilities as Project Manager include managing project calendars and scheduling interviews and meetings with clients.
The ideal candidate will be degree-educated with at least five years’ experience in executive administrative assistance in a professional work environment. Prior experience in a professional service is an advantage. Both proficiency in project planning software such as Microsoft Project and in proofreading and editing client documents is essential. You will be a resilient, optimistic and collaborative individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
