I am working closely with a leading rapidly expanding city based recruitment agency that specialise in placing the best Sales, Marketing, PR and Digital professionals across a professionals services client base.
As an account manager you will be responsible liaising senior level clients and candiates such as CEO’s, so you must have excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing existing client relationships as well as trying to attract and retain the best talent in the job market and place them into a strong database of clients.
This is a non KPI heavy environment where you will learn the art of consultative recruitment from credible and reputable directors and consultants. This is a brilliant opportunity for a junior consultant looking to progress quickly in a rewarding and collegiate professional office environment.
