As a Recruitment specialist, you will own the talent acquisition strategy, execution and end-to-end recruitment for positions in your specialist domain. You will be reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead and feeding into the wider Talent Acquisition roadmap. You will also work alongside the candidate experience manager and feed into our talent brand strategy for this segment of the talent pool. Experience in talent acquisition in the areas of development (PM, scrum, Agile Delivery Managers , etc) is essential.
Having an in-depth understanding of our business and clients is key to the success of our recruiting function. In your role, you must expect to have a close connection to our strategy, leadership and the work we are doing. This will serve as a key input to how we define recruitment for the domain.
Working with the domain leadership, Capacity Planning, Staffing and Talent Acquisition Lead to define recruitment priorities for the domain
Partner with hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates
Support hiring managers and interviewers through the hiring process, facilitate debriefs and enable fair and structured decision making
Sourcing and Selection
Build and grow a network of Technology professionals in the UK and EMEA for roles in the UK.Main focus being Software development.
Leverage advanced sourcing strategies and community building approaches to find, attract and engage top talent
Conduct thorough screening interviews to summarise candidate’s capabilities, aspirations and drivers
Promote the company referral scheme and own the referral process for the domain.
Create an exceptional experience along the entire candidate journey in partnership with other functions such as Staffing, GPC and People Strategy
Foster strong relationships with candidates and guide them through the candidate journey right through to final negotiations and on boarding
Market Insights and Reporting
Bring insights on the talent market and best practices to the leadership team
Provide and maintain accurate data and prepare MI Reports as needed
Maintain data cleanliness on all systems to enable clean and accurate reports
Carry out regular competitor analysis
Showcase the proposition for working at P.S. and our Strategy & Consulting domain on platforms such as LinkedIn and other social media platforms
Attend domain specific networking events and work with the wider team in hosting events to enhance the P.S talent brand in the market.
Work with the domain to generate relevant content (eg. Day in the life or Career Journey stories) to feed into our Talent Branding strategy
Obtain domain content from the market which can be utilised to assist in the branding
Work with the Candidate Experience Manager to promote the P.S Culture
Strong experience of proven end-to-end talent acquisition activities
Experience in talent acquisition within/for companies leading in Digital Business Transformation, Consulting and Technology
Experience in recruiting specialists in Agile / PM/ delivery experts, A technology recruitment knowledge is an added advantage
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management, relationship building and collaboration
Knowledge, insight and data driven approach to talent acquisition
Showcase the ability to think outside the box and be innovative
Experience of using traditional and non-traditional sourcing tools/methods
Have experience of owning the 360 degree “talent agenda”
