This client is looking for a recruitment consultant to either build a new desk or expand on their existing offering. They operate within Banking and Financial Services but make a number of HR and secretarial placements every month so feel this is an area they could easily develop.
The new hire will come from any recruitment discipline and either want to specialise and grow an existing area within Banking and FS or build an HR or Secretarial desk. They will have a minimum of 1 years experience within recruitment, they will be ambitious and a strong team player. Everyone here is very down to earth, the culture is very supportive and team oriented, they often help one another on searches, promoting a collegiate environment. The successful candidate will have a lot of autonomy with this start up and have access to a large client database as well as the support, knowledge and experience of a variety of team members.
My client will guarantee an uplift of 25% of base salary, we have placed here before and placements have received huge uplifts, are now doing very well and are enjoying the culture.
