My client is a privately owned and well-established recruitment business covering a wide range of sectors. From their offices in London and New York, they work with businesses across financial services, commerce & industry, and professional services throughout Europe, Middle East and North America. Their services include executive search, contingent perm, interim and salary benchmarking.
They currently require Recruitment Consultants for their Compliance/Contracts teams in order to grow out there New York office due to their vast amount of business currently. As a Recruitment Consultant working for either the Contracts or Compliance team, you will manage a constant stream of jobs and work with a vast range of well-established clients. You will work on roles between $100/200k, most of which is retained, and work with globally renowned US and European clients including include SocGen, Goldmans, BNP and Citi.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months’ recruitment experience in the US within Contracts/Compliance. You will have a strong and demonstrable interest in pursuing a recruitment career, be confident in your communication skill and be able to deliver to tight deadlines.

Successful candidates will be offered a quarterly commission scheme and a very strong base. The client will give you the visas in order to relocate to NY, provided you complete one month working in the London office in order to be eligible to apply for visa. You will be trained and become familiar with the US market from London.
