You must have a degree, at minimum of 12 months recruitment experience. My client is not looking for specific sector experience although FS/PS and C&I experience is favourable. The successful candidate will have to be professional, behave ethically, focus on delivery and results, hungry, commercially aware and have a sense of urgency about everything.
