My client is a specialist Banking and Financial Services Recruitment agency that is looking to hire 2 experienced Recruitment Consultants to build Secretarial and HR verticals.
The business was founded in 2015 and as a collective they’ve been pulling up trees since. The agency serves the entire financial services industry from banking and insurance to asset management, commodities, venture capital and Fin Tech.
They’re a group of 5 experienced Recruitment Consultants that each has ownership of their own vertical markets but mutually have a HUGE database of clients that are desperate for Secretarial, Support and HR Recruiters to service.
Between them, they are filling more than one job per month in Secretarial and HR but want someone to take ownership of this desk and run it to capacity.
My client is willing to offer a 25% basic salary increase, plus an avenue to leadership with equity to anyone that backs them self to build a successful practice. The commission scheme is very competitive and there are lots of bonuses and other benefits on offer.
