The world’s leading Legal and Compliance Recruitment specialists are looking for a Legal Recruitment Consultant to focus on Outbound Lawyers across an international remit to work in their Sydney, Australia office.
This hire will work closely with the Partner who runs the APAC business and focus on Outbound Lawyers. There will be lots of autonomy setting up this desk where the successful hire can utilise the groups extensive existing network. There is huge potential to earn lots of money here and work within a great business: they truly are a nice bunch, who all like to work hard and have fun. The office of 20 heads in based in “The Rocks” a nice part of the city which is easy to commute from the Northern shores or the traditional Eastern suburbs.
My client is looking for a Recruitment Consultant with at least 2 years’ experience, particularly Legal recruitment, the hire needs to be under 30 years old so they can apply for a visa. My client will sponsor the candidate and will help with relocation costs; putting them in accommodation for the first two weeks, paying for initial flights and for one flight home a year.
The successful hire will be rewarded with the upper quartile guaranteed base salary package. They will have a personal development plan which is reviewed quarterly and there are unlimited career progression opportunities. There may be the opportunity to relocate again in the future if you wish as this firm has global market coverage.
