My client is a young and thriving company which is considered a globally renowned brand recognised for its iconic design of child-safety products. They require a Recruitment Manager, fluent in the English and German Language, with a focus on Direct Search to join their multi-national business in Germany.
As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting and pre-selecting appropriate and highly qualified candidates through both standard and alternative recruiting channels (such as LinkedIn, XING, or other databases). You will support the development of new and creative strategies in the field of Recruiting/Direct Search, manage the complete selection process from the creation of job profiles to interviews, support the team in all areas of recruiting and build, maintain and expand the client’s talent pool.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a University Degree in Business with a focus in Human Resources, have approximately 6 years of HR/Recruitment expertise within an international company or headhunting agency, and be able to demonstrate success in client engagement, relationship building and providing quality service. You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and have excellent organisation and interpersonal abilities.
