Global Management Consultancy delivering Technology and Data-driven change across the Energy, Life Science and Financial Services sector looking to hire a Recruitment Manager to support strong growth across all disciplines globally.
This a key role in ensuring the ongoing success of the company. You will work as part of a recruitment team to help implement and maintain best practices and facilitate a continuous process of successful hiring. You will inherit enough processes and direction to get going and be encouraged to continue to refine, improve and even flip processes around to support the continued growth and changing requirements of the consultancy.
The ideal candidate you will have 3+ years demonstrable experience in in-house recruitment and or recruitment agency recruitment ideally. You will be able to manage a high volume of vacancies and have a strong track record in using direct sourcing methods and reducing agency spend. You will have strong analytical skills and be passionate about using data and metrics to drive performance. Highly organized and able to prioritize to meet deadlines in a busy environment
