My client is a specialist recruitment business looking for a Recruitment Manager/Director to lead their Permanent Banking team. This business has been established for many years and is a market leader in Investment Banking and Financial Service industries.
As a billing Director, you will be expected to both maintain existing clients as well as building new relationships whilst developing consultants, ensuring they maximise their skills and capabilities. You will have at least four years’ previous experience recruiting across Finance, Operations, Risk or Compliance professionals, be able to demonstrate the passion required to work with a sense of urgency and have a proven record of driving your desk and your team forward.
