My client, a leading specialist recruitment firm based in the City of London, requires two sales focussed individuals to provide recruitment solutions to Financial Services and Commerce & Industry firms going through Change & Transformation projects.
You will be either an experienced 360 Technology or Change recruiter with a strong track record of winning new business and delivering consistently growing revenues or you will have worked selling Technology recruitment solutions on a project basis to FS or C&I firms.
This is an opportunity to sell solutions ranging from a one-off piece of recruitment to a complex year-long project encompassing interim and permanent roles across multiple sites and on occasion, different countries. You will have the opportunity to carve out your own client base with the support of a hugely successful Sales Director and an experienced recruitment delivery team.

In return, they can offer an attractive basic salary, an excellent commission structure which includes a monthly bonus scheme and quarterly incentives.
