Research Consultant

I am partnering with an executive search firm, that is currently seeking to recruit a Research Consultant for the Agriculture, Food & Nutrition and Materials marketplaces located in London. The successful candidate will be supporting searches across key industry sectors and expand knowledge of target industries, leading resourcing activities on the phone with potential candidates and utilising best research techniques.

This role will be supporting the executive search across targeted markets, building a list of potential candidates for retained and exclusive searches using a variety of different research techniques. Headhunting appropriate candidates and conduct initial introductory calls to determine the suitability of potential candidates.

Conducting market and industry research to identify new leads and industry trends. Tracking and reporting on the industry, investment and financial news across the targeted industries. Analysing job sites, identifying new leads and potential hiring opportunities.

This is a key position to help support a business that prides itself on offering high-quality solutions to clients. You will be provided with the best in class training and development to grow with the organisation.

The client's previous hires had a degree from a leading university and up to 2 years of experience. This position will suit an energetic and confident professional with the ability to build credible relationships. Having an eye for detail, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have an organised and practical mentality with a strong work ethic.
