My client is a leading global search and leadership advisory firm, renowned for their combination of unparalleled access to global talent and depth of sector expertise to help organisations address critical leadership and corporate governance challenges. They are currently seeking a Researcher for their Board Practice in London.
As a Researcher in the Board Practice, you will work within a candidate centric, retained assignment environment. On a day to day basis you will continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate, pitch for and win retained mandates, grow your network in a focused and methodical fashion whilst guiding candidates through the interview process including offers and on-boarding.
The ideal candidate will have between 2 and 5 years’ experience as a Researcher in Executive Search and be of graduate calibre from a top university. You will be willing to take the time required to effectively develop and understand what it takes to work on Board/NED roles. You do not have to have experience working on Board roles however you will have gravitas, be highly articulate and be naturally inquisitive.
