My client is a young and fast-growing Executive Search firm, matching high performing, go-to market teams with exceptional businesses. They combine traditional search methodology with modern insight to develop a wide network of top talent. They require a Researcher to join their rapidly advancing team.
As a Researcher for my client, you will support the Consultants in growing the business. A vast amount of your work will be engaging with CEOs on client briefs, long-listing, assist in short-listing, source talent and attend candidate interviews.
The ideal candidate will be smart, articulate and intelligent with a strong academics or a track record of successfully reaching and exceeding targets of a professional nature. You must have experience in Technology Recruitment and be fully aware of the difference between contingent and executive search. You will adapt quickly to the responsibilities required as a Researcher, be pro-active and determined in your efforts for progressing professionally with the ultimate goal of becoming a Director within the business.
You will be financially rewarded with a generous base salary and a highly lucrative commission scheme.
