Researcher – Investment Management – Executive Search

My client, a prestigious executive search firm based in Central London, requires an experienced researcher to work closely with the Partner of their Investment Management practice.

You will have at least two years’ experience as a researcher within Investment Management, ideally with experience of supporting pitches for retained work, as well as being dedicated to career in executive search.

Working within a candidate centric, retained assignment environment, this role is fundamentally key to the delivery of all assignments. On a day to day basis you will continually develop an understanding the competitive landscape in which clients operate, identify, headhunt, interview and shortlist candidates.

You will ideally have experienced attending if pitches and be able to demonstrate good market knowledge in your sector. You will work alongside experienced consultants and partners delivering mandates on a global scale – this role will provide you with an opportunity to travel and work in North America and Africa.

You will have excellent academics, very good communication and organisational skills and have the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.
