My client is a leading UK Executive Search firm working with some of the world’s most dynamic and significant organisations, from blue-chip multinationals to heritage brands, and government departments to public sector bodies and regulators. They are seeking polished Researchers to join their diverse research team in London.
As a Researcher, you will be responsible for identifying and developing potential candidates. This is a fast-paced role of project-based work, done primarily through direct contact with potential candidates and sources. Additionally, you will support wider business development activities through maintaining a broad, sector-oriented knowledge base. Unlike many executive search firms, Researchers here work across a number of sectors and with all members of the consulting team, one month you may be searching for an HR Director for a FTSE 100 company, the next a Director of a National Museum!

The ideal candidate will have a 2.1 or above from a good university, or 12 months’ experience within executive search. You will be highly efficient working autonomously, be confident in your communication skills, both written and verbal, as you liaise with senior-level clients and candidates.
