Researcher/Consultant – German/Dutch Speakers

My client is a global Technology Recruitment Business which partners with some of the most recognised, innovative and inspiring businesses. They are looking for Recruitment Consultants and Researchers to join their dynamic and committed leadership team that operates in one of the fastest growth sectors globally.

As a Researcher you will be responsible for supporting Consultants in developing their knowledge around both candidates and clients. You will network with industry sources, map target companies, long-list, short-list and develop knowledge of how clients operate. You will source and contact potential candidates, managing the database when necessary. You will also assist in the mentoring of Junior Researchers. As a Consultant you will offer an exceptional service to candidates by managing and supporting them through the interview process. You will be confident and a key figure in sourcing talent and attracting potential candidates. You will apply a methodological approach to work and ensure the database is accurate and up to date.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least a years’ experience in a previous Researcher/Recruitment role, be able to demonstrate a proven track record of academic achievements from a professional background, be highly confident in your communication skills, both written and verbal, and be exceptionally organised. Fluency in German or Dutch is advantageous but not essential.
