- £35000 - £45000 per annum + great bonus
My client is a dynamic, mid-size executive search firm that requires a contingent recruiter with gravitas to join their Financial Services team. Working alongside a Director and two consultants you’ll play an integral role in the delivery of retained assignments across Retail Financial Services and Insurance.
Working within a candidate centric, retained assignment environment, this role is fundamentally key to the delivery of all Executive Search assignments. On a day to day basis you will attend client briefings, map target companies, continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate, identify the appropriate candidates, conduct approach calls and network with industry sources.
My client has a proven track record of developing people from Senior Associates through to Principal Consultants whilst remunerating the work they complete via monthly commission for shortlisting, arranging interviews and on completion of mandates.
With some of the best offices in the City, the opportunity to travel throughout Europe meeting clients and candidates and the chance to earn significantly this is an outstanding opportunity for contingent recruiters with 2 or more years’ of experience within Financial Services.
